I needed this upgrade

I had been using the plastic resistance bands for years and someone suggested these. They are different as far as the resistance took a little getting used to, but they are by far better quality and nicer to use for my workout. I can tell these are going to hold their tension for much longer then the plastic bands. I LOVE how they do not roll down while in use on my thighs. that is the biggest plus!
